Chris Rock Explains Why He's Let People "Walk All Over" Him in Resurfaced Interview

Two months before the 2022 Oscars on Sunday (March 27), Chris Rock sat down for an episode of Fly on the Wall with Dana Carvey and David Spade, where he opened up about how therapy made him realize he was letting people walk all over him.

Chris explained that he was relentlessly bullied as a child for his small stature and being Black, and he went on to detail taking revenge on a kid that mushed him in front of some girls. He stated, "I went home, I put a brick in a book bag — this is like a legendary story in my neighborhood — I swung that sh-- and smacked the guy in the face with this brick and stomped on him, Joe Pesci-style, to the point that we thought he might die."

After getting into therapy, Chris' therapist told him, "You have been scared to be angry ever since" his incident with the bully. Chris then told Dana, "The guy you saw was bending over backward to be nice because I was so scared of my anger."

A clip of the interview has been making the rounds on social media since Chris was slapped by Will Smith at the Oscars after making a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head. Will apologized to the Academy in his acceptance speech after winning best actor for his role in "King Richard." Will then released a public apology to Chris, but the comedian has yet to respond.

In a  series of tweets , Weezy criticized Cash Money – the label that has released all of his albums and is home to the Young Money imprint he founded – likening his contract to a prison sentence. "To all my fans, I want you to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz [label co-founder] Baby and Cash Money Records refuse to release it," he wrote. "This is not my fault. "I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy," he continued. "I am a prisoner and so is my creativity. Again, I am truly sorry and I don't blame ya if ya fed up with waiting for me and this album. But thank you." A Cash Money representative did ...

Disabled Louisiana Woman Found Melted into Sofa. Parents likely to be charged.

In what a local official has deemed "one of the worst cases of neglect in recent memory," the dead body of a 36-year-old woman was found melted into a coach at her parents' house. According to records, the late Lacey Ellen Fletcher was supposed to have been under the care of her parents, Sheila and Clay Fletcher, largely because she suffered from a condition that impaired her ability to communicate or move called locked-in syndrome. Instead, the couple allegedly allowed their daughter to waste away on their coach until she stopped breathing on January 3rd. The tragic incident is said to have happened sometime within 48 hours of an emergency phone call that the victim's parent's made to 911. When the coroner and police officers arrived on the scene in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, they were gravely taken aback by what they saw and the stench that flooded their nostrils. “When I first walked in the house, it smelled of feces, fecal material, however, you want to...
