Wiz Khalifa was scheduled to perform at West Virginia University for his next tour show. However, shortly after his flight took off from LaGuardia airport the pilot discovered some sort of issue with the plane's landing gear and was left with no other choice but to make an emergency landing at Westchester County Airport.  Wiz tweeted about the stress of having his flight diverted in order to correct the problems, and due to his fear of missing his show, he showed just how fat his pockets are and chartered a private jet instead.

Young Money front man Lil Wayne made a rather startling admission when he spoke with MTV News most recently. While he's been steadily working on his upcoming "I Am Not A Human Being II" album, Weezy says the fifth installment to Tha Carter series will be his last LP. He cited being in the rap game for more than 20 years as to why he's came to this decision. "I know y'all want me around for a little bit, [but] 'Tha Carter V' is my last album," he revealed. "I've been rapping since I was 8 years old; I'm 30 now. That's a long time, and I like to do so many more things, and when I like to do something, I end up loving to do it real quick. And I love to do something, I'm fully focused on it and it only, and music sometimes is not that 'it.'" Shyne bashing Kendrick Lamar's highly respected album, good kid, m.A.A.d city, has rubbed many people the wrong way. Fellow West Coast rapper Game already stepped up in Kendrick's defense on Twitter not too long ago, and now Big Hutch of Above The Law has chosen to defend Kendrick as well. Hutch spoke to Yahoo Music about Shyne using Twitter to slay Kendrick's new album by calling it "trash" over and over again. Hutch didn't respect that one bit and feels as though it was a "cowardly" move. "I don't really get that. I don't get Twitter bashing, Twitter banging. We don't do that. I'm an ex-con. I thought he was an ex-con. That's how that man eat. That's how Kendrick Lamar eat. So, for you to publicly say something is trash, that's just a hater move. got no issue with Shyne, but I have issue with cats Twitter bangin'. For the standard, non-deluxe version of Game's upcoming album "Jesus Piece," the Cali rapper made the significant choice to change the album cover art from the previous controversial image featuing Jesus Christ with a red bandanna over his face to that of his late brother, Jevon Danell Taylor. Jevon was Game's older brother, but was tragically shot and killed when he was only 21-years-old at a gas station during some sort of fight over a girl. The new cover art is a black and white image of Game's brother, although the deluxe edition will still feature the controversial cover. At the top of the picture are the words, "In Loving Memory of," out of respect to his brother's memory.

Chief Keef's rise to stardom isn't slowing its pace at all. He's planning on dropping a new single called "Kobe" in a few days and already has a release date locked in for his debut album "Finally Rich," which will be available on December 18th. Unfortunately for the now former head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, Mike Brown, has officially faced the music and been fired from his head coaching position. According to sources who reached out to ESPNLosAngeles.com's Ramona Shelburne, Brown's job was walking the plank looking out onto treacherous waters below after a more than disappointing 1-4 start to the Lakers season, which is the worst in the Western Conference. Two potential candidates are being offered the head coaching spot on an interim basis according to the source; assistant coach Bernie Bickerstaff or Chuck Person. Brown has to be stressed, but at the end of the day, anyone who knows basketball knows the deal. If the coach isn't helping the team produce winning results, then he has to go. The Lakers are sporting an incredibly expensive payroll as well which is just over $100 million as they have (on paper at least) a monstrous lineup of quality talent in Kobe Bryant (who is battling a foot injury),

Back in 2009, Freddie Gibbs did a behind-the-scenes video that featured Gary, Indiana Police Patrolman Jason Johnson under the microscope of his police department. Officer Johnson has since faced some consequences for allowing his patrol car to be used as a prop in the video that shows various individuals smoking weed and throwing up gang related hand signs. Apparently, he's had his patrol car privileges suspended and is required to take an ethics class, on top of having to face a hearing from the police commission. Police Chief Wade Ingram released the following statement regarding the matter: "When matters like this arise, our approach continues to be proactive. We are policing ourselves as well as the citizens. We will do everything in our power to ensure that any illegal behavior by Gary police officers will not be tolerated." In the mid 2000s, the Cash Money clique was one of the hottest rap groups in the game, but the group soon fell apart. After beginning his rap career as a Cash Money rapper, Juvenile soon found himself at financial odds with the record label and eventually left Cash Money. In a recent sit down with Complex, Juvenile explains how Lil Wayne also wanted to leave the group at one point. "When Wayne was trying to leave Cash Money [in the mid 2000s], same thing," he explained. "He was trying to find out how did I leave, what did I do, he wanted to see my paperwork. I was like you can see it, but you're gonna have to pay me for it now because now I know you ain't with me. You're own your own because I'm definitely on my own. If you want the paperwork and help from my end, I need to be compensated for it. [He never paid for it]." Over the past few weeks, rapper Gucci Mane has been deeply involved in Hip-Hop beef with several artists, and the Atlanta native isn't backing down from anyone. Instead, he's looking to prove he's the best - not just on the microphone but in the boxing ring as well. Gucci took to Twitter a few days ago and challenged any rapper to duke it out with him in the ring. Gucci Mane hasn't specified who he would want to step into the ring with, but says it could be any rapper, whether it's a friend of his or someone whom he's never seen eye-to-eye with. As far as rap beef goes, Gucci has never backed down from a challenge, and based on his tweets, it seems as if he won't be physically backing down from anyone either.
