Kevin Roper, the driver of the Walmart truck that crashed into a limo that killed one man and seriously injured Tracy Morgan, will ask the judge to throw out the criminal charges against him. Roper's attorney, David Glassman, made the revelation to The Associated Press, and he added that the truck driver hadn't been indicted on one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.  Glassman claims that Roper is unable to get a fair trial due to the negative publicity surrounding him since the June 2014 crash. He added, "Civil cases are routinely stayed for criminal cases to proceed. Had that occurred and a stay issued in the civil case, a tsunami of negative pretrial publicity would have been avoided and Roper's right to a fair trial would have been preserved."

Instagram user, Papithed0n, confronted rapper Young Thug for calling his son "sexy" while trying to compliment his son's mother in her DMs. The Instagram user who refers to himself as a "CEO," posted a screen shot of the Atlanta native telling the woman, "Your son is sexy and so is u..." Tupac Shakur  death conspiracy theories are about to reignite ... because the guy playing him in a new movie is a dead ringer for the rap legend.  Demetrius Shipp, Jr.  is getting his big break playing Pac in Morgan Creek Production's, " All Eyez On Me ."   We're told the biopic covers the rapper's entire life, including his murder in 1996. Production sources tell us Demetrius' father worked in the music biz, and crossed paths with Tupac when Demetrius was a kid, and he's been a huge fan ever since.   We're told producer L.T. Hutton approached Demetrius to star as the rapper in no small part because of the obvious similarities. He immediately took some crash acting classes ... 4 times a week.  Famous music video guru, Benny Boom, is directing. Production kicked off this past week in Atlanta.

Soulja Boy recently revealed that he's getting his face tattoos lasered off for the past five years during the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood reunion show, and the famed rapper shared a video of the procedure on Instagram.  The "Turn My Swag On" rapper captioned the video, "Recently I've been going through this process to get my tattoos removed, wanted to share the actual procedure. I appreciate all my friends, fans, and family. Apparently it's been rough for British singer Rita Ora since she's been signed to Jay Z's label, Roc Nation.  The Voice UK  coach recently filed a lawsuit against the company in an attempt to break free from them, being she feels "orphaned" from the team entirely. The complaint - made in California - reads: "When Rita signed, Roc Nation and its senior executives were very involved with her as an artist. As Roc Nation's interests diversified, there were fewer resources available and the company suffered a revolving door of executives. Rita's remaining supporters at the label left or moved on to other activities, to the point where she no longer had a relationship with anyone at the company." Big Sean may have a way to get his stuff back after some of his belongings were stolen. If Big Sean thought he could simply move on from last week's burglary of his Los Angeles home, he was wrong. The robbery, which was reported to be committed by people Sean knew, is now taking on a new twist as people thought to be the ones who broke in and stole numerous valuables from the Detroit native's home are teasing him. According to  TMZ , the robbers left a note for Sean to discover providing an e-mail to contact should he be interested in procuring his stolen goods. Police have been unable to trace the e-mail address to anyone as the investigation has now been turned over to a special unit within the Los Angeles Police Department. Holly Holm and Ronda Rousey are set to face off again in 2016, according to UFC president Dana White, who told the Los Angeles Times that he's looking at a rematch for July. Rousey is currently on a 60-day medical suspension following her knockout loss to Holm, and the suspension could be extended to 180-days if her CT scans aren't clear. Holm's agent, Lenny Fresquez, also revealed his concern for the rematch being scheduled for July, "I'm not sure Ronda will be ready for a July fight. She took a severe beating and I don't think it's in her best interest to take the next fight so fast. They told me she's been ready and cleared, but ... ."
