Nicki Minaj hasn't associated with Peter Rosenberg and Hot 97 for nearly a full year, ever since Rosenberg expressed his dislike towards Nicki's pop song "Starships" back at the 2012 Summer Jam festival. Nicki has finally managed to put her feelings aside and visit the Hot 97 studios once again to officially bury the hatchet and move on from the past tension.

For reasons unknown, Rihanna found herself a victim of verbal abuse at the tweeting hands of Amanda Bynes.  Amanda for some odd reason had Rihanna in her crosshairs for some cruel jabs and let her opinion about Rihanna be heard on Twitter.  Amanda tweeted: "@rihanna Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough." She quickly deleted this shortly after posting it along with another tweet where she said she almost named her dog Rihanna.  Rihanna responded to Amanda's random jab with a jab of her own. Nicki responded by saying "Damn fam, I wld expect a black channel to actually understand rap bars. Song is a male bashing song. FOH." The YMCMB superstar continued to explain herself by saying "I Rock w/both. If they don't like each other, that's on them. I'm just out here working. Chief Keef did not take kindly to Katy Perry's tweets about his song "Hate Being Sober," in which she stated, "Just heard a new song on the radio called 'I Hate Being Sober.' I now have serious doubts for the world." Chief Keef fired back on Thursday, threatening to assault Katy and making rather suggestive comments at her on Twitter. "I'll smack the sh*t out her ?" Famed socialite Paris Hilton has signed a deal with Cash Money Records to release her sophomore album, which will be heavily focused on house music. Paris made the announcement while talking with Showbiz 411 about her DJ Afrojack produced album. Paris and Lil Wayne have worked together in the past, releasing a track called "Last Night" in 2012. Hilton also appeared in Birdman's video for "Tapout" alongside Christina Milian.  Do you think this is a good move for Paris and Cash Money?

Will.i.am is usually all about the future. During his award show performances, he tends to wear some out-of-this-world attire, looking like he just stepped out of a time machine. However, for his newest visual for "Bang Bang," the rapper-producer takes it back -- way back. The vintage black-and-white clip finds will dressed in a top hat and tails surrounded by a full band. "I love her, can't leave her/ Forever I always need her/ She lied but I believe her/ Lovesick I got that fever," he rhymes on that retro track. A flapper girl comes in to support will.i.am and tells it just like it is -- he really got shot down by her love. Former "Fresh Prince" star and current media mogul Will Smith hasn't released any music since 2005. But, Will has been spotted in the studio with Kanye West, and says Kanye is pushing him to work. "We went in the studio a couple times, so I might get the bug," said Will. "I'm not going to do it unless I'm truly inspired, but Ye's been pushing me a little bit." While a Will Smith and Kanye West collab track is almost unfathomable, may Big Willie have anything on "Yeezus"? Probably not, but hopefully the two will do something in the future.

The internet almost exploded last week after a picture of Drake in a  Dada short suit  hit the web. Memes were pumped out at a rapid rate, making fun of Drake's suspect choice of clothing on the set of the "No New Friends" track. On Monday, Drake addressed the meme-making by posting a couple himself on his Instagram page. One is of him and Rashad from T.I.'s 2006 acting debut "ATL," and the other is him playing soccer with the caption "FIFA God." At least Drake can have a sense of humor about it. As we reported to you earlier today Chief Keef was arrested in ATL. He was booked for disorderly conduct, and now we know exactly what happened. A hotel security guard went in Keef’s room to check on a leak and that’s when he allegedly saw Sosa, and crew smoking weed. What happened next was a hilarious, and most likely unneeded call to 911 which eventually lead to police showing up to arrest the 17 year old rapper. Check out the audio of the 911 call below!

It seems like Katy Perry doesn't mind being sober, seeing that she dislikes the young hip-hop artist's, Chief Keef, "Hate Bein' Sober" hit. Here you can see her tweet and tell the Twitter community how she feels towards Chief Keef's song. On a more positive note, Chief was released from jail earlier today.  

Today Microsoft announced the Xbox One, the new Xbox that will arrive later this year in living rooms across the world, but failed to announce the Xbox One price. Microsoft executives took a page out of Apple’s playbook showing off the Xbox One hardware and game demos with great looking features show off on stage. But despite everything Microsoft announced, the Xbox One price didn’t make it into the announcement at all. While Apple announces a release date and price at each event, by the end of the event it felt much more like a Samsung or HTC event where the Xbox One release date and Xbox One price were left as a major mystery. At the Xbox One event today Microsoft did an amazing job of showcasing the Xbox One and showing off what it could do on stage. This included an amazing demo of the new Instant Switch and Kinect snap controls. As well as major partnerships with the NFL, Steven Spielberg and demos of EA games on the Xbox 360. Lupe Fiasco is back with his first new music since Food and Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album, Part 1. His latest track "Animal Pharm," may be the first glimpse of his upcoming album Tetsuo & Youth. The track masterfully uses a sample of "Ingenue" by Thom Yorke outfit Atoms For Peace. While Lupe had me worried on many tracks off F&L2, Fiasco's flow is definitely back on this one. Lupe weaves countless animal metaphors throughout the verses before backing out to let Tommy (Thommy?) The HS87 collective also provided a second video for a new record called "Nothin," featuring Audio Push and B Mac the Queen, as a bonus. Be on the lookout for Hit-Boy's solo debut, due out later this year on HS87/Interscope Records.

  DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia fame is "turning dust to dollars" as he   sells his old music equipment on eBay .   Some of the items up for sale include nanopads, mixers, controllers, and more.  The Memphis rapper is documenting the sales on his Instagram page, and giving the winning bidders a shout out.   Chief Keef was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia, yesterday for disorderly conduct, according to TMZ. He was allegedly smoking marijuana at a hotel. After the arrest Keef, real name Keith Cozart, tweeted "Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County Jail In Atlanta Mad As f**k." The Chicago hip hop rookie is no stranger to the law - he's been arrested numerous times before and even has a gun conviction.

Lil Wayne already has seizures, but after the "twerk"-filled lap dance from Nicki Minaj at the Billboard Music Awards, the rapper looked like a heart attack was on the way. Uh oh. It looks like the beef between Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy just got a little more turnt up. After Gucci told "The Breakfast Club" this week that he has "no respect" for the Snowman, the 1017 Brick Squad rapper dared Young Jeezy to show up to his "Trap God" release party on 10/17. In one tweet, Gucci bet $100,000 that he could and will knock Jeezy out if he shows up to the party. Still, the trap god didn't stop at just Jeezy. Mister cee was the the best friend of Biggie smalls in which sources say Big actually knew Cee had a taste for men.
