Today Microsoft announced the Xbox One, the new Xbox that will arrive later this year in living rooms across the world, but failed to announce the Xbox One price.
Microsoft executives took a page out of Apple’s playbook showing off the Xbox One hardware and game demos with great looking features show off on stage.
But despite everything Microsoft announced, the Xbox One price didn’t make it into the announcement at all. While Apple announces a release date and price at each event, by the end of the event it felt much more like a Samsung or HTC event where the Xbox One release date and Xbox One price were left as a major mystery. At the Xbox One event today Microsoft did an amazing job of showcasing the Xbox One and showing off what it could do on stage. This included an amazing demo of the new Instant Switch and Kinect snap controls. As well as major partnerships with the NFL, Steven Spielberg and demos of EA games on the Xbox 360. We even got a look at the Call of Duty: Ghosts reveal trailer which shows off the graphics capabilities of the Xbox One.
If it seems like Lil Wayne 's upcoming album, Tha Carter V , has gotten caught in a holding pattern, that's because the rapper says it is. In a series of tweets , Weezy criticized Cash Money – the label that has released all of his albums and is home to the Young Money imprint he founded – likening his contract to a prison sentence. "To all my fans, I want you to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz [label co-founder] Baby and Cash Money Records refuse to release it," he wrote. "This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation. "I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy," he continued. "I am a prisoner and so is my creativity.
