Epic Records Pulling Track With Lil Wayne's Emmett Till Line

One day after protests were started over Future's new track "Karate Chop," which features Lil Wayne rhyming "I pop a lot of pain pills/beat that p*ssy up like Emmett Till," Epic Records is pulling the single. The label released a statement apologizing for the hurtful lyrics and explaining that they are trying to take down the unauthorized track.                             Source:

Tyga Reacts to Criticism Over "The Gold Album" Sales

Tyga recently released his latest project, "The Gold Album," on Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube for free due to his conflicts with YMCMB, so the rapper was shocked that he was getting criticism over album sales. The L.A.-born emcee took to Twitter to respond to Complex writing a story about how Nielsen SoundScan showed the album selling a mere 2,200 copies. Tyga said that he didn't even intend to make money off of the project and added, "Yall mfs is funny. I put my album out myself for free on spotify, soundcloud, YouTube to stream. Didn't plan on selling it Kuz of label problems. It's a dope album. Got a lot of great feedback and millions of streams."
