Lil Wayne has been growing out his dreads for the past ten years and has now decided to go for a different look, forgoing his signature hairstyle. The discovery of Lil Wayne's new look was made when Big Boy posted a photo to his Instagram from his birthday party/MaddenBowl event.
Wayne performed at the event wearing a cap over his new 'do, but backstage he decided to let loose and show his new style.
Tyga recently released his latest project, "The Gold Album," on Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube for free due to his conflicts with YMCMB, so the rapper was shocked that he was getting criticism over album sales. The L.A.-born emcee took to Twitter to respond to Complex writing a story about how Nielsen SoundScan showed the album selling a mere 2,200 copies. Tyga said that he didn't even intend to make money off of the project and added, "Yall mfs is funny. I put my album out myself for free on spotify, soundcloud, YouTube to stream. Didn't plan on selling it Kuz of label problems. It's a dope album. Got a lot of great feedback and millions of streams."
