Iggy Azalea suing vivid ent

Iggy Azalea is still battling with renowned adult film company Vivid Entertainment to prevent the release of her alleged sex tape.  Iggy has claimed to have never willingly participated in any such video with anyone, and if there is a tape that exists, then it was filmed without her consent prior to her reaching the age of 18.  However, her ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine has stated the opposite.  He told TMZ that he met her when she was in fact 18, and that they made the video together willingly.

Iggy's latest effort to prevent the sex tape from being released has come in the form of a letter to Vivid, courtesy of Iggy's lawyers.  In it, they threaten to hit the adult film company with a heavy lawsuit if they take action to release the sex tape, because the name "Iggy" is protected by United States Trademark.  According to TMZ, Vivid apparently isn't bothered by the legal threats from Iggy's team, and will continue with their plans to market the release of the tape.  If the company finds a creative way not to use her commercial name "Iggy" in the promotion, then Vivid should be in the clear of any successful lawsuits landing at its door.

Tyga said that he didn't even intend to make money off of the project and added, "Yall mfs is funny. I put my album out myself for free on spotify, soundcloud, YouTube to stream. Didn't plan on selling it Kuz of label problems. It's a dope album. Got a lot of great feedback and millions of streams."

Lakers Fire Head Coach Mike Brown After Horrible Season Start

Unfortunately for the now former head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, Mike Brown, has officially faced the music and been fired from his head coaching position. According to sources who reached out to ESPNLosAngeles.com's Ramona Shelburne, Brown's job was walking the plank looking out onto treacherous waters below after a more than disappointing 1-4 start to the Lakers season, which is the worst in the Western Conference. Two potential candidates are being offered the head coaching spot on an interim basis according to the source; assistant coach Bernie Bickerstaff or Chuck Person. Brown has to be stressed, but at the end of the day, anyone who knows basketball knows the deal. If the coach isn't helping the team produce winning results, then he has to go. The Lakers are sporting an incredibly expensive payroll as well which is just over $100 million as they have (on paper at least) a monstrous lineup of quality talent in Kobe Bryant (who is battling a foot injury), ...
