Rapper Beanie Sigel, who was shot outside his Pleasantville home on Friday, is still in critical condition in an intensive care unit, according to reports.
The 40-year-old Philadelphia-born musician, whose name is really Dwight Grant, was shot during an altercation on Spruce Avenue, police said at the time. The chief said he was shot in his abdomen and the bullet went straight through, out his back.

His lawyer told the news station that it appears the rapper wasn't the target of the shootin.
As of Monday, however, Pleasantville police had searched Sigel's home, but had no leads and no new information, other than what was reported to the press earlier — that the driver of a car that fled the scene of the shooting was held for questioning on Friday but released, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
Beanie Sigel's rap career started in the early 2000s. He's worked with artists such as Jay-Z and 50 Cent. He previously served a year in federal prison on a weapons charged out of Philadelphia, and recently was released after serving a two-year sentence on tax evasion charges.
