Nipsey Hussle Arrested for Having Codeine Without Prescription

Nipsey Hussle was busted for having a bottle of codeine in his car without a prescription after cops pulled him over for not driving with a license plate. Burbank police Lt. Adam Cornils revealed that Nipsey had an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended license, leading to a further investigation of the rapper's car.
After looking inside, police found the codeine, along with a soft drink and a cup of ice, which are used to make sizzurp when combined. Lt. Cornils added, "People who abuse codeine to get high commonly acquire it either from friends/associates or through fraudulent prescriptions, and remove the prescription label to mask where it came from and who it was prescribed to."
Nipsey was released after posting $1,000 bail.

Tyga recently released his latest project, "The Gold Album," on Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube for free due to his conflicts with YMCMB, so the rapper was shocked that he was getting criticism over album sales. Tyga said that he didn't even intend to make money off of the project and added, "Yall mfs is funny. I put my album out myself for free on spotify,soundcloud, YouTube to stream. Didn't plan on selling it Kuz of label problems. It's a dope album. Got a lot of great feedback and millions of streams."
